When you apply or maintain a trading account with Optioning, the
Company collects personal information about each Client for
business purposes, such as evaluating their financial needs,
processing their requests and transactions, informing them about
products and services that may be of interest to you and providing
customer service.

that a Client provides on applications and other forms, such as
Client's name, address, birth date, passport number, occupation,
assets and income; Information about Client's transactions as well
as information about our communications with a Client.
Examples include a Client's account balances, trading
activity, his inquiries and our responses; the Company might
receive information necessary to verify a Client's identity, such
as passport or ID and driving license, background information from
public records or from other entities not affiliated with The
Company.
3. Sharing Information With Our Affiliates
Optioning may share personal information described above with the
Company’s affiliates for business purposes and within the limits
of the applicable law.
Our affiliates may include companies
of the same group as well as companies that do not have an

Client's' account or facilitate their transactions with the

Non-affiliated companies
that assist the Company in providing services to Clients are

such services for the purposes that the Company dictates and
within the ambit of the applicable law.

6. OPT OUT
A Client is not required to supply any of the personal information
that the Company may request; however, failure to do so may result
in being unable to open or maintain Client's account or to provide
services to him.
While the Company makes every effort to
ensure that all information the Company hold about Clients is
accurate, complete and up to date, a Client can help us
considerably by promptly notifying us if there are any changes to
his personal information.
